It's right off of El Camino, but it can be hard to spot. The entrance to the garage is off of one of the side streets in Mountain View. Regardless, it only took about 15 minutes to check in, test the car, and pay. It was the fastest smog test I've ever been to.
Their prices are reasonable; they don't cheat you, and they give you all the paper work that goes along with the test."
